NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

FoolProof, LLC (“Sponsor”),

2. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older with a public Instagram account. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its agencies, MLB, the Philadelphia Phillies, and their immediate families/households are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period

Begins 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 19 2025 and ends 11:59 PM ET on August 21 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock.

4. How to Enter

Bonus Entry	Post or DM a photo clearly showing a FoolProof bottle or a cocktail made with it. Public posts must tag @FoolProofMixers and @wildwoodseats and contain #FoolProofFly.	+5

Limit one Standard Entry and one Bonus Entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be void.

5. Prize (1 Winner)

• Four (4) lower-level tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies regular-season home game on August 29 2025 (seat locations determined by Sponsor).

• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

Transportation, parking, lodging, food, and other expenses are not included. Tickets are subject to Phillies/MLB terms. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about August 22 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible “tickets.” Odds depend on the total number of tickets received.

7. Notification & Verification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by Instagram DM (or AMOE email). The potential winner must respond within 24 hours and may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release. Non-response or ineligibility will result in disqualification and an alternate selection.

8. Taxes

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content worldwide without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor, Instagram/Meta, MLB, the Philadelphia Phillies, and each of their affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. Instagram/Meta, MLB, and the Phillies are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway.

12. Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in PA; entrants waive class actions and punitive damages.

13. Privacy
